  1. Install Blueprint according to HSDC: Installing Blueprint... KB.
  2. Press Windows + R
  3. Open the User's C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local folder
  4. Copy the Blueprint OMS folder to the root of the C drive (or any other location that all users can access)
    1. From the new C:\Blueprint OMS folder, right-click the Blueprint OMS.exe file and create a desktop shortcut.
    2. On the general tab, edit the name of the shortcut to HSDC Blueprint OMS
    3. On the shortcut tab append the launch link URL to the Target field. NOTE: for C:\Blueprint OMS this will look like "C:\Blueprint OMS\Blueprint OMS.exe" http://ws1.bp-solutions.net/US/WA/hsd082417/omsclient/launch.jnlp
    4. Press Windows + R
    5. Type runas \user:hsdcseattle\administrator cmd
    6. When prompted, enter the administrator password
    7. Use the administrative command prompt to copy the desktop shortcut to the Public folder for all users (change the [username] to the username you are logged in as). The syntax is: copy "C:\Users\%username%\Desktop\HSDC Blueprint OMS.lnk" "C:\Users\Public\Desktop"
    8. Once this is complete, you should see two shortcuts on the user's desktop. Delete the one you originally created (C:\Users\[username]\Desktop\HSDC Blueprint OMS.lnk)
    9. Launch the program to make sure it works
