M365:: Outlook on Phone Adding Additional Accounts [Interpereting Services]

If you utilize more than one account in Outlook, you may wish to have the same on your phone. Here is how...

1) Open the Outlook app on your phone

2) At the top, click the account circle which will either be a picture you imported or your initials

3) Scroll down towards the bottom and click the settings gear icon

4) Look for Mail Accounts and click Add Mail Account

5) Select Add Email Account

6) Select Add Accounts

7) Click Open Authenticator 

8) If the account it has you signing in for is the wrong one (as it is below), click Sign in with another account

9)Put in the account you wish (note there is an error below and shoudl be @hsdc.org)

10) Enter password

11) Authenticate via MFA if required

12) This should get you set up for the account.
